James Scott, President
James Scott is certified as a Strength Trainer and Nutrition Wellness Consultant by American Fitness Professionals and Associates. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in Education from South Carolina State University. He is an award-winning athlete who played on the football team at the University of South Carolina.

In addition, James is a nutritional counselor and head strength coach at Hammond School, located in Columbia, South Carolina. James has designed exercise and nutritional programs for the students and athletes of Hammond, one of the largest independent schools located in the southeastern region.

James has over a decade of experience in the fitness arena. He is enthusiastic about providing fitness and nutrition solutions for busy professionals, and creating healthy leaders for healthy businesses.
